It is forbidden the introduction in the European Union (EU) from non-EU countries of meat and its products for personal consumption, since these products can be a vehicle of animal diseases with devastating impact, such as African Swine Fever, a disease that affects all swine species and whoseoccurrence on this date in certain countries outside the EU reinforces the indispensable collaboration of all actors, including travellers, to prevent the entry of this disease from those countries outside the EU.

You can deliver them to Customs for destruction, without being subject to any penalty. If not proceed and the products are detected by Customs, in addition to products being seized you will be subject to a fine or legal process.
